Theatrical ice show “Ugra Tales on Ice”. Theatrical and circus experiment of the Nyagan Theater for Young Spectators and the Moscow Theater on Ice “Northern Lights”. The performance, which was successfully held at the Moscow VDNKh skating rink as part of the exhibition-forum “Russia”, is a real mix of theatrical art based on folk myths and legends, a circus show and figure skating. In Khanty-Mansiysk, together with Nyagan artists and professional figure skaters, students of the Ugra Figure Skating Federation will take to the ice. The artists will transform into characters from Ugra legends and fairy tales to introduce viewers to the amazing culture of the indigenous peoples of the North. The main character of the production, the young man Ekva Pyris, is smart, cunning and able to find a way out of any situation.
