Director, screenwriter, editor. Born in 1979 in Recife, Brazil. He began his film career in 2001, founding the company Símio Filmes. As an editing director, he collaborated with Kleber Mendoza Filho, Camilo Cavalcanti and Gabriel Mascaro. In 2007, he released his debut full-length film, Amigos de Risco, based on his own script. Then he made short films and worked as an editor on feature-length projects. For “The Bonds of the Devil” he received a prize for best editing at the festival in Brasilia. “Property” is his second full-length directorial work.
