Born in 1986 in the Altai Territory. He studied at the Novosibirsk State University at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics. In 2011 he graduated from the St. Petersburg University of Cinema and Television (workshop of feature film directing by V.E. Aksenov and V.F. Semenyuk). In 2010-2011 he lived and worked in Siberia, where he shot several documentaries commissioned by local television. In 2012 he worked at the Boris Eifman Ballet Theater. In 2015 he moved to Gorno-Altaisk, where he founded the Creative Experimental Studio, as well as the AltaiFilm film studio. He has directed the short films “I Want to Sleep” (2008), “Korbenici (Boatman)” (2009), “Staffage” (2010), “Kaichi”, “Temple” (2012, doc.), “Tights” (2013), “ Buguzun" (2015, doc.), "Fence" (2018). "The Trail" is his first full-length feature film.
