The acceptance of applications for the XXI International Festival of Cinematic Debuts “Spirit of Fire” has started, which will take place from March 3 to 6, 2023 in Khanty-Mansiysk. Applications for films to participate in the film festival for selection into competitive programs are accepted until January 20, 2023.
