The closing ceremony of the XXI International Festival of Cinematic Debuts “Spirit of Fire” was held on March 6 at the Ugra-Classic Concert and Theater Center in Khanty-Mansiysk. The main prize of the festival, “Golden Taiga” for the best debut film, went to the film “Parallax” by Iranian director Shahram Ebrahimi.
