Director of animation and feature films. In 1991 she graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Kazakh State University, in 1997 from the Higher School of Cinematography with a degree in animation director (workshop of F.S. Khitruk, Yu.B. Norshtein, E.V. Nazarov and A.Yu. Khrzhanovsky). Her animated works, including “The Night Has Come” (1998), “Sary’s Tale” (2005), “Three Love Stories” (2007), “Mitya’s Love” (2018), participated in leading domestic and world shows and received many prizes . “Lisbon” is her directorial debut in a feature-length feature film.
