Director, actor. Graduated from the Novosibirsk Theater Institute with a degree in theater and film actor (2001), Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts (theater director, 2012), advanced training courses at VGIK (2021). Lives and works in Novosibirsk, serves as an actor at the Novosibirsk State Academic Theater "Red Torch". His short directorial works “Andrei” (2019), “Boy of Christ” (2020), “Stone” (2021), “Clown” (2023) and others participated in many shows in Russia and abroad and won more than forty awards. “Suvorovets 1944” is Denis Kazantsev’s debut in a feature film.
