This autumn, Russian Film Festival days organized by Roskino with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and China Film Art Research Center will take place in several Chinese cities.
This was announced by Roskino CEO Elza Antonova at the plenary session "Intercultural Dialogue and New BRICS+ Partnerships", held as part of the business program of the XXII International Film Debut Festival "Spirit of Fire". "This year, on the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Russia and China, Roskino continues to develop cooperation with our Chinese colleagues. We are particularly interested in direct contacts with Chinese distributors and platforms, as well as joint projects. We plan to make the Russian Film Festival in China an annual tradition," Antonova said.
In 2023, the Russian Film Festival took place in nine countries. In 2024, Russia will present its cinema in 40 countries, including BRICS member states.
