After a global catastrophe, a man lives in a damp bunker. His only companion, a doll, helps him pass the days. The man searches for news of the world, drifts aimlessly through radio waves, cherishing the hope of meeting his family - his wife and son. The doll tries to convince him to give up hope and act.
