NORTHERN TERRITORY
A young Muscovite Artem goes to Tyumen to get money for wedding, but unexpectedly agrees to his grandmother’s proposal to start on a trip to the oil and gas cities of Western Siberia in search of her longtime acquaintance. The road full of encounters with explorers, oilmen, geologists and indigenous peoples turns into his personal discovery: about the family’s past, about the power of human labor and about his own destiny. The further he penetrates the northern lands, the more realizes that the real path is not in search of other people’s wealth, but in recognition of own values.

Film director, scriptwriter, producer, specialist in the field of cinema and media. She graduated from the department of journalism at Tyumen State University, the Higher School for Film Directors and Scriptwriters at Lenfilm Studio, majoring in screenwriting. Finished the Moscow Film School under the program “second unit director”. For more than 20 years she worked in media, communications and creative industries. Since 2014 she has been working in film art. Participated in making and promoting such significant projects as the film and TV series “Tobol”, the video clip “Land of Big People”, films “Artery of Siberia”, “A Film about Cancer in Which No One Cries” and others.
