On March 12 and 13, KARO cinemas in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, and Krasnodar will screen iconic films from the festival.

Ahead of the XXII International Debut Film Festival "Spirit of Fire," which will take place from March 23 to 26 in Khanty-Mansiysk, a private screening of the film "Parallax" by Iranian director Shahram Ebrahimi was held at the Oktyabr cinema in Moscow. Last year, it won the main prize in the international category, the "Golden Taiga." The event was attended by actors Nikita Efremov, Yulia Khlynina, Ksenia Surkova, Olesya Sudzilovskaya, and Andrey Fomin, stylist Vlad Lisovets, model and actress Polina Askeri, artist Grigory Maslennikov, and many others.

The film opened the retrospective program "Spirit of Fire. Starting Point": on March 12 and 13, in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, and Krasnodar, audiences will be able to see cult films presented at the festival over its more than 20-year history.

KARO cinemas will screen the legendary "Bimmer" by Pyotr Buslov, the film "The Italian" by Andrey Kravchuk, Anton Ermolin's phantasmagoria "The Niche," Oleg Khamokov's drama "The Nodes" filmed in the Kabardian language, Alexey Stepanov's psychological drama "Octopus" starring Daniil Vorobyov, and Maxim Kuznetsov's thriller "The Truth."
