Andrey Shchigolev

Film critic, journalist, programmer. Born in 1981. Graduated from the scriptwriting and film studies faculty of VGIK. Has been published in print and online publications since 2000. Worked as deputy editor of the "Culture" department of the Izvestia newspaper, from 2018 to 2021 was a selector for the short film section of the Moscow International Film Festival. Since 2020, he has been the head of the Film Screening Directorate of the Public Television of Russia (OTR) TV channel.
