Yarina Sugakova

Director of the social investment program "Gazprom Neft" "Native Cities". Holds degrees in geological engineering and law. Since 2014, she has held various leadership positions in the Gazprom Neft group of companies. Since 2020, she has headed the "Native Cities" program, which aims to improve the lives of people in the regions where Gazprom Neft operates. The program's systems of cultural, sports, educational, environmental and other projects help to unlock human potential and contribute to the sustainable development of territories.

Since 2021, "Native Cities" has repeatedly been recognized as the best corporate social investment program at the "Leaders of Corporate Charity" competitions and the #WEARETOGETHER International Prize. These are the largest Russian competitions in the field of corporate social responsibility and support for volunteer activities.

Since 2007, Gazprom Neft has been the general partner of the international film debut festival "Spirit of Fire". The company annually participates in the formation of the festival's cultural and educational program and awards the best Russian film in the special nomination "For the Preservation of Cultural Traditions".
