Director of the Home Towns Social Investment Programme at Gazprom Neft. She holds degrees in engineering geology and law. Since 2014, she has held various leadership roles within the Gazprom Neft Group. Since 2020, she has been leading the Home Towns programme, which aims to improve the quality of life in the regions where Gazprom Neft operates. Through cultural, sports, educational, environmental, and other projects, the programme helps to unlock human potential and contributes to the sustainable development of local communities. Since 2021, the programme Home Towns has been repeatedly recognized as the best corporate social investment initiative at the Leaders of Corporate Charity competitions and the International #WEARETOGETHER Award. These are Russia’s largest awards in business social responsibility and volunteerism. Gazprom Neft is also a partner of the National Projects of Russia and plays a key role in achieving national development goals. In 2025, the Home Towns programme was awarded the highest A+ group in the rating of socially oriented companies. Since 2007, Gazprom Neft has been the general partner of the Spirit of Fire International Debut Film Festival, annually contributing to the festival’s cultural and educational programme and awarding the best Russian film in the special category “For the Preservation of Cultural Traditions.”
