Oksana Mikheeva

Director, screenwriter, producer, actress. Laureate of the Mosfilm film studio award. Graduated from the drama department of the Nizhny Novgorod Theater School (2001, workshop of V.A. Gorshkova and S.E. Lerman), the scriptwriting faculty of VGIK (2011, workshop of V.K. Chernykh, L. A. Kozhinova, Yu.I. Rogozin, A.M. Pronin), the short film laboratory "Cultburo" (artistic director A. Kott). Her directorial short films "Rasfokusin" (2013), "Second life" (2014), "S kak dollar, tochka, dzhi" (2016) have won many prizes at domestic and international festivals, including "Okno v Evropu", "Kinotavr", "Kinoshok", "Koroche". Oksana Mikheeva's film "Apteka schastya" (2020) was nominated for the Golden Eagle Award for Best Short Film. Since 2017, she has been the general producer of the Gorky fest festival of new Russian cinema in Nizhny Novgorod.
